Es waren strenge Tage.Aber nun ist alles gedruckt und ich bin mit dem Resultat zufrieden.
Wenn ich jetzt die paar Seiten in die Hand nehme, kommt es mir komisch vor, dass ich dafür soooo viel Zeit aufgewendet habe. Ein Haufen Skizzen, Überarbeitungen, usw.
Letztendlich werden meine Zeichnungen mit den Geschichten von 12 andern IllustratorInnen in einem Buch zusammen gefasst, das komplett in Siebdruck hergestellt ist. Präsentieren werden wir's zur Fumetto, dem Comicfestival in Luzern.

I had a few stressful days.
But now it's all printed and I'm happy with the result.
When I have a look at it, it's funny to know I worked on it for such a long time. It's only 4 drawings...
They will be published in a book completely printed in silkscreen. We will present the book at Fumetto comicfestival Luzern this May.

I'm back in "normal" life!
Can finally go for a walk!!

and fumetto festival is a very nice place. i visited there once too. or twice..? can´t remember now..
my head is bit melted at the moment, i made yesterday a day trip to Tallin with the friends. it was fun, but i didn´t sleep too much..
now i´m counting the rain drops falling down to the window. at least it´s rain and not snow!

outi: fumetto ist wirklich jedes jahr spannend - nicht nur für comicifreaks. ich mag es, dass das festival gleichzeitig ein stadtspaziergang ist und dass viele comics gezeigt werden, die nicht immer offensichtliche comics sind.
das klingt nach einem perfekten ferientag in Tallin! manchmal reicht ein einziger tag wegzufahren und man fühlt sich gleich komplett in anderer stimmung!
counting the rain drops sounds very meditative... I prefer nor rain nor snow. but this weekend I won't have the choice: they announced snow for Eastern... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrbbbrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
anna: the colours actually are very intense! I think it's okay - I have a need for bright colours right now - above all as more snow is anounced for the next days...

This looks very nice. Bold colors and movement of the figures. It is always satisfying to finish something up!
