As spring finally came and seems to stay I think some impressions of the green house don't bother.

and kohl rabi! i started to like that when i spent more time in Basel:) we bought it many times from the saturday market on the french side..

for the kohlrabi there's a simple recipe: man nehme einen apfel und ein kohlrabi, schneidet beides in dünne schnitze und lege diese gefächert auf einen teller. etwas salz, pfeffer, frisch gepresste zitrone und öl (z.b. rapsöl) darüber und GENIESSEN!
